An Edwardian silver trinket box, of lobed form having a hinged cover opening to reveal a vacant lined interior, hallmarked Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd, Chester 1908, diameter measures 2 inches (5 cm). Together with an Edwardian silver mounted evening bag mount, the pierced silver frame topped with classical figure and flower heads and having floral panelled chain and replacement material, hallmarked Loewe Rosenthal, London 1906, width measures 4 4/8 inches (11.5 cm). Gross weight inclusive of linings 4.18 ozt (130.16 grams). (2).

Condition Report
Each appears in poor condition. Trinket box with slight distortion to legs and hinge and so cover is very stiff and with small knocks throughout, hallmarks with wear but still legible. Bag with silver frame only, replacement fabric lining which has been crudely attached and chain unmarked, hallmarks clear and legible with part hallmarks to other side of frame.
