A nineteenth century miniature memorial pomander, the gold mount and coil surround to the central woven hair panel and hinged cover, tests as 20ct gold, height measuring 2 cm. Together with a miniature memorial scent flask, the cut-glass body with rolled gold screw cover and surround to the central woven hair panel, height including suspension ring measuring 3 cm. (2).

The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The rolled gold mounts appear quite worn and creased. Stopper present to the glass example. Minor nibbles and chips to glass.
