A Chinese silver card case, of plain convex form having presentation engraving to the flush hinged cover, opening to reveal a silver-gilt interior. Marked Wang Hing 90. Height measures 3 2/8 inches (8.25 cm), weight 2.8 ozt (87.8 grams).
'Penang Cricket Club Athletic Sports 27th June 1885 220 Yards Flat Race 1nd [sic] Prize Won by W. Egerton'.

Appears in fair condition displaying heavy tarnishing and wear to exterior and with two dents to reverse. Engraving and hinge in good condition. Interior with light scratching and wear to gilding. Mark with rubbing but still clear and legible and with no other marks.
