Lot Description

A pair of 1920's silver casters, each having engraved crest to the tapering body below a reeded shoulder and pierced cover. Hallmarked Vander & Hedges, London 1929. Height measures 3 3/8 inches (8.5 cm), gross weight 2.2 ozt (68.43 grams).

Each appears in fair condition displaying surface wear commensurate with age and use with areas of light tarnishing and scratching. One cover is very tight and so cannot be removed. Hallmarks are legible although marker's mark is partly worn to each.
