An early 20th century Japanese satsuma vase. Of ovoid form, decorated with four bijin having jewelled kimonos on an iron red ground, now converted to a lamp base with opaque glass spreading shade, brass ring, single burner, reservoir and pierced base with four feet, 25”, (63.5cm) high excluding chimney.
