Lot Description

Two Old English paperweights, the first of low domed form, in the manner of Richardson, having closely packed millefiori in shades of white, blue, green and red, with a white and red outer ring, 3.5" x 2.25" (9cm diameter x 5.5cm high), together with a high domed Old English example, with concentric bands of pink, green and white cog canes, 3.25" x 2.75" (8.5cm x 7cm).

The first with slight scratching to pitting to surface, small captive bubbles to millefiori and two bruises, one internal.


The second with minor scratches to surface and heavier scratching to base, small captive bubbles, small chip to edge of base and mouldline above foot.
