Lot Description
A late 19th century gold seed pearl foil-back paste fringe necklace. The seed pearl chain, suspending a series of four pear-shape foil-back green paste drops, each within a split pearl swag, bead terminals and barrel clasp. Length 39cms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Wear and some discolouration to some of the paste mounts, some more noticeable dents.
<li>Seed pearls untested for natural origin.
<li>Seed pearls slightly graduated, variation in lustre and colour.
<li>Paste with glue to the surface, minor abrasions.<p>
