A late Victorian 9ct gold chick, egg and wishbone brooch. The textured chick, with red gem eye and white enamel egg, within a wishbone surround. Hallmarks for Chester, 1889. Length 3.8cms. Weight 3.7gms.

<li>Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Scratches and areas of discolouration to the brooch in places.
<li>Significant chips to the white enamel egg and some areas of discolouration.
<li>Glue visible to secure the red gem eye.
