MIKIMOTO - a cultured pearl and diamond dress ring. Designed as a series of graduated cultured pearls with brilliant-cut diamond highlights, to the stylised leaf shoulders and plain band. Maker's mark for Mikimoto. Ring size K. Weight 2.8gms.
