A mid 20th century gold diamond dress ring. The old-cut diamond collet, within an old and single-cut diamond circular-shape lattice surround, to the curved bar with single-cut diamond line side. Principal diamond estimated weight 0.30ct, I-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct. Ring size I. Weight 6.7gms.
