HAMILTON - a Winthrop wrist watch. Circa 1939. Gold filled case with engraved case back. Numbered 527171. Signed manual wind calibre 980. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned black leather strap with gold plated pin buckle. 20mm.

<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches. There is some heavy discolouration and tarnishing to the Arabic numerals.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
<li>Glass has noticeable scratches and marks.
<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Personal engraving to the case back.
<li>Crown is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting.
<li>Strap shows marks and creasing.
<li>Buckle shows marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.<p>
