Lot Description
An open face pocket watch by Robert Roskell. Yellow metal spring hinged consular case with heavily rubbed markings. Signed key wind full plate fusee & chain movement with rack tooth lever escapement, oversized thirty tooth escape wheel, adjustable slide lever and garnet end stone. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. 52mm. 144gms.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
<li>Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
<li>Case shows noticeable scratches, marks and dints. There are some repair marks to the hinge and around the inside of the case back. Some damage around the winding hole and to the inner case. The case back spring is missing. Colour difference between case parts: Possibly for aesthetic reasons.<p>
<p>This lot does not come with box or papers.<p>
