A mid Victorian foil-back garnet and split pearl cluster ring, circa 1860. The cushion-shape foil-back garnet, with split pearl surround and floral embossed sides. Ring size M.

<li>Overall condition fair. Surface scratches, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Band with evidence of resize.
<li>Some stones possible replacements.
<li>Split pearls with cream body colour, nacre damage and chalky lustre.
<li>Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
