A late Victorian 18ct gold ruby and diamond five-stone ring, circa 1900. The graduated old-cut diamonds, with circular-shape ruby intervals, to the scrolling gallery and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct, H-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Ring size N. Weight 2.6gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Surface reaching inclusion to central diamond which appears as a chip.
<li>Inclusions to some diamonds visible with the unaided eye.
<li>Rubies medium pinkish red, fairly well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Stones in fair condition with abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
<li>Hallmark worn and illegible.
