A late Victorian banded agate locket, circa 1880. The oval rock crystal cabochon, with glazed reverse and banded agate cabochon surround, suspended from a tapered surmount loop. Length 5.1cms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Piece probably recently re-filded.
<li>Rock crystal with small area of scuffs.
<li>Patterned paper to the back.
<li>Reverse of locket has straw and dried flower arrangement, faded.
<li>One banded agate with rough finish to side of cabochon.
<li>Agate mounts slightly dented, possible replacement gems.
