Lot Description

A Worcester porcelain 'Queen Charlotte'  or 'Whorl' pattern part tea set, circa 1800, comprising a teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl and cover, two saucers, a dish plus three tea and coffee cups, each decorated with alternating wavy foliate panels of pink on white and white on blue glaze, together with another teapot of lobed form having flower-head and foliage decoration, (some pieces restored).

Cover to sugar bowl is restored and now a bad fit to bowl. One coffee cup with blue glaze mark beneath and damage to foot and chip to rim. Each with rubbing and wear causing losses to gilding and decoration.
