A French copper table casket, of rectangular form having five high relief tavern and village scene panels within leaf and dart borders, with vacant oval cartouche to the hinged cover, opening to a lined interior and the whole raised upon four toupee feet, marked A B Paris beneath, 7" (17.75cm) long.

Previously silver plated however this is now nearly worn completely. Otherwise in fair condition with general rubbing and wear. Hinge in working order and interior lining with light wear.
