A pair of 19th century US Army & Navy signal binoculars. Bardou & Son, Paris, with flared anodised brass barrels, knurled adjustment concealing inner tubes stamped CK242 and engraved to 'J.H. Ullenbruch Optician Buffalo N.Y.', named eyepieces (Bardou & Son Paris) and stamped bridge (indistinct) , in hide case, (a/f).
