A ruby and diamond pendant. Of openwork design, the cushion-shape ruby, within a single-cut diamond foliate quatrefoil surround, suspended from a similarly-cut diamond tapered surmount. May be worn as a brooch. Estimated total diamond weight 0.70ct. Length 4.1cms. Weight 7.3gms.

<li>Overall condition good to fair. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Articulated suspension hoop and diamond surmount are later additions, areas of discolouration. Single post to the back of the pendant possibly from a previous clasp/fitting.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Ruby in good to fair condition with light abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. A small chip visible to the back of the stone.<p>
<li>Stamped 750.
