An early 20th century continental white metal, garnet and split pearl sword brooch. The graduated circular-shape garnet blade with split pearl tip, to the split pearl hand guard, garnet terminal crossbar and similarly-set grip. Length 7.6cms. Weight 7.2gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>One red paste cabochon to the grip, possible replacement.
<li>Split pearls well matched.
<li>Garnets are a well matched purple-red hue, scattered inclusions, few eye visible.<p>
<li>Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
