BOODLE & DUNTHORNE - a sapphire and diamond five-stone ring. The alternating and graduated old-cut diamond and oval-shape sapphire line, with tapered band. Maker's marks for Boodle & Dunthorne. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Ring size L. Weight 4.2gms.

<li>Overall condition fair. Surface scratches, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Significant wear to the side of gallery and band.
<li>Diamond fairly well matched.
<li>Diamonds bright.<p>
<li>Principal diamond with a small chip on the girdle/crown.
<li>Sapphires medium purplish-blue, fairly well saturated, with good clarity.<p>
<li>Stones in fair condition with abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.<p>
<li>Stamped 18ct.
