A diamond and multi-gem pendant. Of circular outline, the vari-shape blue topaz, peridot, iolite and further green and blue gems, within a brilliant-cut diamond lattice, suspended from a lobster surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Diameter 2.7cms. Weight 10.9gms.
