A mid Victorian gold shell cameo brooch, circa 1870. The shell, carved to depict a woman in profile, with tiara and further jewellery, to the cannetille surround. Length 5.6cms. Total weight 23gms. With case.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Small dent to two of the cannetille protrusions.
<li>Shell with fine cracks and one deeper crack, not visible from the front.
