A late 19th century gold micro mosaic brooch. Of oval outline, the tesserae depicting St. Peter's Basillica, with black surround and foliate engraved surround. Length 6.1cms. Total weight 31gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Noticeable repairs to the mount, with dents and heavier scratches.
<li>Later safety chain.
<li>Mosaic has nicks and small chips to the black glass edge, mosaic generally sound.
<li>Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
