Lot Description
A 1920's silver thee piece bachelor tea set, comprising teapot, twin-handled sugar bowl and a cream jug, each of plain and circular tapering form to a footed base, stained wood handle and lid finial to the teapot. Hallmarked A & J Zimmerman Ltd., Birmingham 1924. Length of teapot measures 8 1/4 inches (21 cm), gross weight 11.52 ozt (358.4 grams).

Condition Report
All three pieces appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general wear, tarnishing and some surface marks and scratches. A few very minor dints. Hinged lid of teapot appears in good working order and sits well when closed. Wood part of handle is slightly loose. Sugar is possibly missing a lid. No personal engravings. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also part hallmarks to lid.
