A 1930's silver sauce boat, of lobed form having a reeded handle and raised upon a reeded foot, hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co., London 1936, length measures 6 6/8 inches (17 cm). Together with a 1940's silver sugar bowl of bulbous form having a wavy rim and twin scrolled handles, Williams (Birmingham) Ltd., Birmingham 1947, length inclusive of handles measures 6 1/8 inches (15.5 cm). Gross weight 10.99 ozt (341.9 grams).
