Lot Description
A 1920's silver mounted table cigarette box, having military scene within a foliate scrollwork border to the hinged cover, opening to reveal a dual compartmented interior, hallmarked Stockwell & Co, with London import marks for 1928, 5.5 inches (14 cm) long. Together with a continental silver mounted glass jar, of cylindrical form having etched decoration and scene of three cherubs within foliate scrollwork to the swing-handled cover, 4 inches (10 cm) high. (2).

Condition Report
Each is in overall good to fair condition displaying general light wear and rubbing to silver mounts commensurate with age and use. Hinge to box is in good working order although with slight distortion to edge of cover and with small split to back right hand corner. Silver cover to jar with heavy wear and rubbing to marks and so illegible. Glass has chips to foot rim and light scratches throughout.
