A late nineteenth century imported Hanau silver cigarette box, the oblong form profusely embossed with various scenes of putti to the sides and a further depiction of two sailing vessels at sea. Hallmarked Samuel Boyce (Boaz) Landeck, Sheffield import 1897. Length measuring 8 1/2 inches (22 cm).
