A 1920's silver mounted tortoiseshell box, the elliptical form standing on a pedestal foot. Hallmarked London 1923. Height measuring 3 1/4 inches (8 cm).

Condition Report
The lot displays general scratches, marks wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Silver mounts appear quite heavily dented. Finial knop lopsided. Hallmarks distorted in parts, maker's mark overstamped. Base loaded.
