Lot Description
An Edwardian pierced silver basket, of oval form decorated with flower-heads and scrolls, raised upon a further pierced footed base, hallmarked J. T., Birmingham 1903, length measures 4 inches (10 cm), (missing handle). Together with another silver basket decorated with ribbon swags upon a pierced gallery and with a wirework swing handle, Henry Matthews, Birmingham, height excluding handle measures 3 1/8 inches (8 cm). Gross weight 3.8 ozt (118.26 grams).

Condition Report
Each basket is in fair condition. The first is tarnished with few marks and missing swing handle. The second has few small areas of light tarnishing but otherwise good condition. Hallmarks are clear and legible throughout excluding date letter to second basket which with rubbed and illegible.
