Lot Description

A Victorian mahogany coin till, the central mechanism behind a hinged and glazed door, flanked by twin stacking shelves and all upon a rectangular base having twin turned wooden bowls and a short central drawer, the whole with brass fittings and 'Cox's' patent plaque, 16" (40.5cm) high.

Overall in fair condition with wear, rubbing and marks commensurate with age and use. Mechanism is in working order, bowls are probably original however are slightly small for apertures. Brass plaque is rubbed and worn with losses to detailing.
