An oval painted portrait miniature, depicting a head and shoulder study of a young gentleman, in pinchbeck frame with seed pearl surround, under glass, with lock of memorial hair to the reverse, 1.5" x 1.25" (4cm x 3cm).

Miniature appears to be in good overall condition with some visible signs of wear, including minor scratches to right side.
Frame also appears to be in good condition with general minor wear expected considering age.
Please note miniatures have not been examined out of frames and glass.
