Lot Description

A mid-19th century oak cased skeleton mantel clock, J Bainbridge, Middleton, the pierced chapter ring having Roman numerals, with a single-train fusee movement and anchor escapement striking on a bell, within a scrolled frame having an engraved presentation plaque, and a further stepped oak case, 20" (51 cm) high.
