A Chinese padouk occasional table or vase stand. Circa 1900, the cleated rectangular top with waisted frieze over scrollwork apron to four sides, the long sides each centred by a bat (symbolising 'fu' or blessings), raised on four supports and three (of four) shaped stretchers, 14.5" x 11" x 33" high, (37cm x 28cm x 87cm).
