A mid Victorian gold and silver, emerald and diamond snake brooch. Designed as an entwined serpent, set throughout with graduated old-cut foil-back diamonds, suspending an oval-shape foil-back emerald drop. Estimated total diamond weight 0.90ct. Length 1.9cms. Weight 3.9gms. With fitted case.
