A pre-revolutionary Russian diamond dress ring. Of openwork design, the rose-cut diamond stylised crown, atop a similarly-cut diamond heart-shape panel, with rose-cut diamond raised highlight. Russian marks including 56 zolotniki. Ring size Q. Total weight 8.6gms.
