A mid 20th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond three-stone ring. The circular-shape sapphire, with circular-cut diamond sides. Sapphire weight 1.86cts. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Ring size L. Weight 3gms.
