A pair of mid Victorian gold emerald tassel earring, circa 1870. Each designed as a foil-back emerald, with cannetille border and fringe, to the grooved surmount. Length 4.7cms. Weight 4.7gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>The grooved surmounts and hooks have been added at a later date.
<li>Emeralds medium to pale colour, well saturated, with moderate clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
