Lot Description
A pair case pocket watch by Joshua Blacketer. Silver cases hallmarked London 1808. Signed key wind full plate fusee and chain movement with verge escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numeral hour markers. Outer cases 59mm.

<li>Movement is currently functioning.
<li>Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye.
<li>Dial shows cracks and marks. Dial also shows signs of what may be a repair or loss to the laminate between 4 and 6. Minute track has worn between 4 and 6.
<li>Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
<li>Glass has scratches and marks.
<li>Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Inner case shows wear which appears to be from being inside the outer case. Inner case around the glass shows a dent between 5 and 6.
<li>Hinges show wear to the corners.<p>
