An aquamarine necklace. The oval-shape aquamarine, suspended from a tapered knife-edge bar and circular-shape aquamarine surmount, with integeral belcher-link back-chain. Length of pendant 2.9cms. Length of chain 41cms. Weight 5.4gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Some dents and areas of discolouration visible to the tapered bar.
<li>Some areas of discolouration to the chain and clasp fitting.
<li>The pendant appears to have been put together from various early 20th century components.
<li>Aquamarines medium greenish blue with a fairly weak saturation of colour and good clarity.
<li>Aquamarines are in fair condition, with some visible surface abrasion, especially to the paviliion facets of the oval-shape aquamarine.
<li>Dents and abrasion visible to the millegrain setting of the oval-shape aquamarine, where the stone has been replaced.
