An 18ct gold garnet and diamond dress ring. Designed as three graduated marquise-shape green garnets, with tapered baguette-cut diamond stepped shoulders. Hallmarks for Sheffield. Ring size O. Weight 3.6gms.

<li>Localised scratches and discolouration to the inside of the band.
