A late Victorian silver mounted hairbrush embossed with floral, scroll and foliate motifs, hallmarked A & J Zimmerman Ltd., presumed Birmingham 1897, height measuring 9 1/2 inches (24.2 cm). Together with a silver and tortoiseshell mounted hairbrush, hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd., London 1927, an Edwardian silver mounted clothes brush, a Victorian comb, a 1920's silver hand mirror and a clothes brush with ebony mount. Condition Report
All items in a used condition, displaying general wear, surface marks, scratches and tarnishing. Dints and bumps and some mounts are lifting. Several holes in the embossed mount of the Edwardian clothes brush and splits in the comb mount. Hallmarks are mostly legible.
