A George III silver teapot, the oval body with canted corners rising to a scalloped rim with gadrooned border and raised on four ball feet. Hallmarked Robert Hennell I & Samuel Hennell, London 1803. Maximum height measuring 6 1/4 inches (16 cm), weight 17.6 ozt (550 grams).

Condition Report
The teapot appears in fairly good overall condition displaying some general wear, tarnishing, surface marks and scratches. Some minor surface dints and bumps. No personal engravings. Probable solder repairs along seam line, to one foot and around join of spout. Hinged lid appears in good working order. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
