A William IV small silver chamberstick, the shaped circular pan with applied floral and foliate scroll rim and the stem and handle similarly decorated, missing extinguisher. Hallmarked Edward, Edward junior, John & William Barnard, London 1834. Maximum length including handle measures 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm), maximum height measures 2 inches (5 cm), gross weight 4.47 ozt (139 grams).

Displays general wear and tarnishing throughout and surface marks and scratches. Fairly large dent to the plain foot rim and further minor dints and surface nicks. Possible repairs around the handle join. Hallmarked only to the plain foot rim, clear and legible. Maker's mark partly distorted.
