A large modern silver canteen, for twelve settings, comprising table knives, forks and spoons, side knives and forks, soup, dessert and teaspoons, two carving sets and a knife sharpener, all having chevron borders to the stems with rounded terminals and all within a mahogany canteen having a hinged cover opening to a fitted interior over a further single drawer. Hallmarked C J Vander Ltd., Sheffield 2002&3, and one carving fork hallmarked Asprey & Co. Ltd., London 1986. Weight exclusive of knives and serving forks 129.72 ozt (4034.8 grams).
