Lot Description
An Edwardian silver mounted travelling pocket watch case, the oblong form with simple engine-turned decoration, hallmarked William Neale & Son, Birmingham 1906 with retailer's mark for Hamilton & Co. Calcutta. Together with a manual wind base metal pocket watch with white enamel dial, black Roman numerals and subsidiary second dial, also marked Hamilton & Co. Calcutta, and a further base metal pocket watch with arabic dial. Case measures 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm) by 3 7/8 inches (10 cm).

Condition Report
The case is in fairly poor condition, the silver mount displaying some heavy tarnishing and general surface wear, marks and scratches, also several small dints and bumps and some fixing pins missing leaving tiny holes in the metal. The back of the case is heavily worn and damaged with some losses, tears and discolouration, also the easel back is missing. The hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's mark a little rubbed but still legible. General wear to the pocket watch cases, the arabic dial is missing the glass. We cannot guarantee that they are in working order.
