Lot Description

An Edwardian silver christening mug, having ribbed banding and a scroll handle, the whole raised upon a footed base, hallmarked Barker Brothers, Chester 1909, height measures 3 inches (7.5 cm). Together with a late Victorian silver mounted button hook and a set of six 1950's silver teaspoons having fanned terminals. Gross weight excluding button hook 7.71 ozt (239.8 grams).

The lot appears in good condition. The christening mug with few small dints and knocks. The button hook with tarnishing and rubbing to the silver mount. The teaspoons with general light surface scratching commensurate with use. Hallmarks throughout are legible although with rubbing to christening mug and wear to button hook.
