Lot Description
A cased set of four 1930's silver match sleeves having engine-turned panels and two cut-glass ashtrays (two missing), hallmarked Barker Brothers Silver Ltd., Birmingham 1936. Together with a 1920's Dutch silver tea strainer having a foliate scroll pierced border with two domestic scenes with figures, marked with lion and for 1921 with further maker's mark, plus a small cup decorated with scenes of continental figures and raised upon four mask and paw feet, unmarked. Gross silver weight 3.39 ozt (105.5 grams). (3).

Condition Report
The lot appears in overall fair condition. The match sleeves with light rubbing and tarnishing commensurate with age and use, two glass ash trays with few minor chips, other two ashtrays missing. The tea strainer with area of damage with splits to the pierced handle and minor distortion and rubbing to the border. Hallmarks are legible throughout although the small cup is unmarked.
