A circular pill or trinket box, having an embossed scene of a shepherd playing a flute plus a spray of flowers verso, the hinged cover opening to a vacant interior. Unmarked. Diameter measures 4.5 cm.

The box displays some general surface wear, marks and scratches. Also some tarnishing including greenish tints to the interior. Some rubbing and loss of surface detail to areas of the decoration. Hinged opening appears in good working order. Displays continental dispatch marks of a boar facing right.
