An Edwardian silver salver, the circular form with a Chippendale style rim to a plain centre and raised on four foliate scroll feet. Hallmarked Henry Stratford, London 1901. Maximum diameter measures 16 inches (40.5 cm), weight 58.54 ozt (1821 grams).

The salver displays general wear and quite heavy tarnishing throughout and would benefit from a clean and polish. General surface marks and scratches are visible to both the centre and underside. Also some heavier pitting marks and nicks. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
